Port Ainé is a resort in the Pallars Sobirà, in the Lleida Pyrenees, located above Rialp and within the Alt Pirineu Natural Park. It has 25 runs (7 green, 4 blue, 11 red and 3 black) adding up to 26.7 km of skiable terrain, between 1,650 and 2,440 metres in altitude, with 800 metres of vertical drop. Its runs open out in a bowl shape on the north face of the Pic de l’Orri, an orientation that helps keep the snow in good condition for longer. It’s a small, quiet resort without the crowds, with a snowpark that has made it a favourite among freestyle and snowboard fans. It belongs to the FGC group, like neighbouring Espot, about 15 km away.
